Fortune Media and Great Place To Work® Name Optimum to 2025 Best Small Workplaces List, Ranking No. 86
Houston, TX — Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Optimum for the 2025 Fortune Best Small Workplaces™ List. This is Optimum’s second time being named to this prestigious list, and fourth time earning a spot on one of Fortune’s Best Workplaces list. Earning a spot means that Optimum is one of the best companies to work for in the country.
“This recognition is a direct result of our incredible team, whose dedication not only makes Optimum a great place to work but also drives our 95% client retention rate,” said President and CEO Nooshin Yazhari. “Their commitment and talent create a culture where our people and our clients succeed together.”
The Best Small Workplaces list is highly competitive. To determine the list, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of nearly 32,000 employees from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies with 10 to 99 U.S. employees.
“Small and medium businesses can compete with anyone for talent when they build an irresistible culture,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO at Great Place To Work. “These companies make the most of their strategic advantages as smaller organizations, ensuring every employee feels recognized for their contributions and rewarded with their fair share of the benefits of success.”
Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.
In 2022 and 2023, Optimum was named to the Fortune Best Workplaces in Texas™ (Small And Medium), ranking at number 46 and 26 respectively. Optimum was also ranked number 75 on the Fortune Best Small Workplaces™ list in 2023. Since 2021, Optimum has proudly been certified as a Great Place To Work®.
