Every AI agent in your business, found and accounted for.
Your platforms switched AI on. Nobody counted it. In 3 to 5 weeks we inventory every agent and integration, show what each can reach, and give you a plan your CIO and your auditor can both sign.

What is an AI Readiness Assessment?
A fixed-fee, 3 to 5 week review that inventories every AI agent, copilot and integration across your Microsoft, Smartsheet, ClickUp and ServiceNow estate, records what each can access and what it costs, scores the gaps against Texas SB 1964, TRAIGA and NIST AI RMF, and delivers a prioritized, priced plan for what to fix and what to build.
THE PROBLEM
You did not deploy these agents.
Your vendors did.
Switched on by default
Each platform ships its own agents and governs them only inside its own walls. Agent 365 covers Microsoft. Nobody covers the rest.
Holding more than you think
In our own tenant we found 28 AI integrations. 13 of them held admin rights. We had not deployed most of them.
A bill nobody forecasts
Credits, tokens and plan tiers add up to a metered AI spend with no owner, no forecast and no one asking whether it is worth it.
WHAT WE DO
Four questions, answered with evidence
Not a workshop and not a survey. We connect to your platforms, we read what is actually there, and every finding points to a record you can open.
What do we have?
Every agent, copilot, connector and integration across Microsoft, Smartsheet, ClickUp and ServiceNow, with owner, purpose and status.
What can it reach?
Identities, permissions, data boundaries and admin rights, including agents that reach external models.
Where is the risk?
Each finding scored against Texas SB 1964, TRAIGA and NIST AI RMF, with a named fix and an owner.
What is it costing?
Credits, tokens and licence tiers by platform, and what to right-size before the next renewal.

WHY OPTIMUM
Step one of a program, priced like a product
We recommend on fit, not on what we resell.
The register and the evidence stay with you when we leave.
Assess, then Control, then Assure. One program, three steps.
The price is the price. The scope is the scope.
Stands on its own. Also prices the next step, so there is no second discovery.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask before they book
We already have Agent 365. Why do we need this?
Agent 365 covers Microsoft agents only. Most organizations also run AI inside Smartsheet, ClickUp and ServiceNow, plus connectors that reach external models. We reconcile all of them into one register, with owner, access and cost, so you govern the whole estate rather than one vendor’s slice of it.
Does any of our data leave our tenant?
The register and the evidence are built in your tenant, on the Microsoft security stack you already own, and they stay with you when we leave. We work with read-only access and change nothing.
Not a Texas agency. Do SB 1964 and TRAIGA apply to us?
Either way, we score every finding against Texas SB 1964, TRAIGA and the NIST AI RMF, so you can see where you stand against each and decide which ones matter to you.
Which platforms can you inventory?
Microsoft, including Copilot and Copilot Studio, Smartsheet, ClickUp and ServiceNow, plus the connectors and integrations that link them to external models. If your estate includes another platform, tell us at scoping and we will confirm coverage before you sign.
What does it cost, and what happens after?
A fixed fee, agreed up front. At the week-5 readout you receive a prioritized 90-day plan and a fixed-price proposal for the next step, so there is no second discovery. The assessment stands on its own: you can act on the plan with us or without us.
