2024 Events Recap:
Enterprise Connect (March 25-28, 2024) – Orlando, FL
Starting off the year at Enterprise Connect, we connected with IT professionals and discussed the latest innovations in the communications and collaboration space. We showcased our cutting-edge collaboration solutions, including Microsoft Teams implementation, Copilot setup and training, and integrations with ClickUp and Smartsheet. It was great to see so many of you at our booth, grabbing swag and getting your Enterprise Connect Passport to Prizes card stamped!
InnoTech Austin (April 30, 2024) – Austin, TX
Our team had a great time at InnoTech Austin, the premier IT and security conference. We deep-dived into the ever-evolving world of cybersecurity, networked with industry peers, and explored the newest innovations in IT that drive business forward.
HTAP Summit (September 11-12, 2024) – Mountain View, CA
We had an amazing time at the TiDB (powered by PingCAP) HTAP Summit 2024 in sunny California. The event was a deep dive into the world of distributed SQL databases, with a focus on TiDB’s latest features and innovations. Keynote speakers shared their insights on scaling databases, improving performance, and real-world use cases. It was a fantastic opportunity to get to know the PingCap team and learn about cutting-edge database technology!
Shoppa’s Lift Truck Invitational Charity Golf Tournament (September 20, 2024) – Dallas, TX
We were proud to sponsor a hole at Shoppa’s Material Handling’s Lift Truck Invitational Charity Golf Tournament at the Dallas Cowboys Golf Club. The event was filled with insightful conversations and memorable moments, including one drive landing just 10 yards from the green! All proceeds supported the incredible work of the ADAPTIVE TRAINING FOUNDATION, empowering individuals with physical impairments through exercise and community. Congratulations to the final group who visited our hole — they went on to win the tournament!
Smartsheet ENGAGE (October 8-10, 2024) – Seattle, WA
We had a fantastic week at Smartsheet ENGAGE! From insightful sessions to engaging conversations, our team had a blast connecting with so many Smartsheet fans and exploring how to enhance workflows with advanced solutions, automations, and integrations. The highlight of the week was our well-attended Breakout Session, “Beyond the Basics: Advanced work automation and integration with Smartsheet.” We also hosted a customer appreciation happy hour at Chan Seattle and a Smart Session at the Experience Hub theater. We’re excited to build on the momentum from this great event and continue helping Smartsheet users maximize the potential of this powerful platform.
DIR Connect Technology Expo (October 23, 2024) – Austin, TX
Our team connected with IT and procurement leaders from state agencies, local governments, and higher education at the Texas Department of Information Resources Connect Technology Expo. We showcased how our cutting-edge automation, data, and business intelligence solutions drive efficiency and innovation across the public sector. It was a pleasure to meet so many of you at Booth #403 and discuss how Optimum’s innovative solutions can streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
EDUCAUSE Annual Conference (October 21-24, 2024) – San Antonio, TX
Team Optimum had a great time at the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference, connecting with higher education technology leaders, sharing ideas, and discovering innovative solutions to today’s challenges. It was an excellent opportunity to explore how technology can help drive success in higher education.
