Monthly Technical Support Services

  • Monthly support services for one or more of the services and solutions offered by Optimum, including SAP, Microsoft, Smartsheet, and UiPath- with dedicated resources for each service/solution type.
  • Services can be used for consulting, development of new solutions, enhancements to existing solutions, training, and production environment support.
  • Minimum of 20 hours per month; additional work can be performed, as requested, on Time and Materials basis.
  • Cancel with 60 days notice.
  • Client will provide project management and testing of the deliverables.

Annual Technical Support Services

  • Minimum of 40 hours per year; additional work can be performed, as requested, on Time and Materials basis.
  • Client will provide project management and testing of the deliverables.
