Case Study: A Caterpillar Machinery Reseller brings work automation and business intelligence to their PMO

One of the major Caterpillar Machinery Dealers engaged Optimum to establish the company’s Project Management Center of Excellence and implement Smartsheet best practices and templates for the execution of their large initiatives.

Our team of Project Management and Technology Experts started the project by evaluating and assessing the organization’s current Project Management Maturity Level and processes and providing an enhanced PMO strategy, maturity roadmap,  and a set of processes, standards, templates, and best practices.
