The roadmap provided the solution options to establish the BI environment, RPA and automation solutions for data extraction and aggregation across disparate systems, as well as time/effort estimates to implement.
Results
The Assessment and Roadmap provided the client with a clear understanding of their current data and reporting structure, systems, and needs as well as an actionable roadmap with solution design options and implementation time/effort estimates for data creation and aggregation (data warehouse and RPA bots) and aggregated reporting across various business systems (Power BI dashboards). By implementing the recommendations and solution designs in the roadmap, the client is able to increase operational visibility and informed decision making while reducing the manual and time consuming data integration and aggregation tasks using RPA.
