Aviva Health is a Federally-Qualified Health Center (FQHC), a non-profit healthcare practice that provides high-quality, cost-effective primary healthcare to anyone seeking care, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Aviva maintains and manages its clinical and patient data in various business applications, including a cloud-based EMR system and on-premises dental and financial applications. Most of these systems are not integrated and the business and patient data is not seamlessly flowing and transitioning between the applications, resulting in data silos and lack of real-time KPI and data reporting and visibility.

The roadmap provided the solution options to establish the BI environment, RPA and automation solutions for data extraction and aggregation across disparate systems, as well as time/effort estimates to implement.

The Assessment and Roadmap provided the client with a clear understanding of their current data and reporting structure, systems, and needs as well as an actionable roadmap with solution design options and implementation time/effort estimates for data creation and aggregation (data warehouse and RPA bots) and aggregated reporting across various business systems (Power BI dashboards).
